The following terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between Ramz al Masira International LLC (referenced herein as "Arabian Wonders," "we," "us," or "our") and the Client (referenced herein as "you," "your," "company," or "traveler").
By booking a trip, tour, or service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. OUR ROLE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please read this section carefully.

1.1 Intermediary Status
Arabian Wonders acts strictly as a Destination Management Company (DMC) and booking agent. We arrange services between you and third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transport companies, freelance guides, activity providers, and restaurants.

1.2 Third-Party Suppliers
We do not own, manage, control, or operate the suppliers of services. All coupons, receipts, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those suppliers.

  • We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of these third-party suppliers.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, damage, irregularity, delay, or inconvenience caused by the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.


1.3 Adventure & Activity Risk
Many activities in Oman (including but not limited to "dune bashing," off-road driving, hiking, wadi swimming, and camping) carry inherent risks.

  • By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Arabian Wonders accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or death resulting from participation in these activities.


1.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

2. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

2.1 The Contract
A binding contract comes into existence only when:

  1. We have received your booking deposit; and

  2. We have issued a written confirmation (via email, booking platform or invoice).


2.2 Accuracy
It is your responsibility to check all documents (invoices, itineraries) immediately upon receipt. If any information is incorrect, you must notify us
immediately. We cannot accept liability for errors reported after 48 hours of receipt.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment schedule applies:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.

  • Balance: The remaining 80% is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.

  • Late Bookings: Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment (100%) at the time of booking.

Methods of Payment:
Payments must be made via bank transfer. All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the Client. The amount received by Arabian Wonders must match the invoiced amount.

4. CANCELLATION BY YOU
You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via email to booking@awdmc.com. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date we receive your written notification:

Note: Special terms may apply for peak seasons (Christmas/New Year) or large groups. These will be specified in your quote.

5. CHANGES & CANCELLATION BY US

5.1 Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to execute the tour as planned, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, transport, or accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, weather, hotel overbooking).

  • If a specific hotel is unavailable, we will substitute it with accommodation of a similar or higher standard.


5.2 Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances. If we cancel your tour (other than for Force Majeure or your failure to pay), you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you have incurred (e.g., visa fees, non-refundable flights).

6. INSURANCE & DOCUMENTS

6.1 Travel Insurance
It is a mandatory condition of booking that all travelers have valid and comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover:

 

  • Medical expenses and repatriation.

  • Personal injury and death.

     

  • Loss/damage of luggage.

     

  • Cancellation or curtailment of the trip.

    Arabian Wonders does not provide travel insurance.


6.2 Passports & Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry) and any necessary visas for entry into the Sultanate of Oman. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to the country.

7. CLIENT BEHAVIOR & CULTURAL GUIDELINES

7.1 Behavior
We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any client whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful to Omani culture, dangerous, or illegal. In such cases, no refund will be given, and we will have no further liability to you.
7.2 Alcohol & Drugs

  • Alcohol consumption is restricted in Oman. It is only permitted in licensed hotels/restaurants for non-Muslims aged 21 and over. Public intoxication is illegal.

  • Arabian Wonders accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from the consumption of alcohol.

  • The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and carries severe penalties in Oman.

7.3 Cultural Respect
Travelers are expected to respect local customs and dress codes, particularly when visiting religious sites or rural communities.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Muscat, Oman.
